Locum Occupational Therapy Assistant

Locum OTA required to work for a multi disciplinary team for an Intermediate Care Programme with clients mainly elderly, male & female, with complex conditions and around two-thirds of the clients have cardiac conditions. Patients rate the service as good or excellent and the DNA rate is low and patients are seen quickly. However it was noted that the service was underperforming and there was a lack of clarity around the specification and the measurability of outcomes.
