Requirements to work in Pharmacy

As a Buying Solutions national framework supplier for AHP (Allied Health Professionals) and HSS (Health Science Staff) and to ensure we offer the best service to both our candidates and clients, Your World Medical requires relevant information and documentation before you can work for us. 

We ask all potential candidates to come for an interview and once we are happy with the paperwork our dedicated compliance and registration team will take you through the registration process. You will then be ready to start what we are sure will be a rewarding and fulfilling relationship with Your World Medical.

Qualifications and professional memberships required:

  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy or overseas equivalent (pre-registration adaptation programme may be required if qualification was completed outside the EU)
  • Pharmacists must be registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society for Great Britain (RPSGB)
  • Pharmacy Technicians Qualification – NVQ level 3 in pharmacy services or overseas equivalent
  • RPSGB registration not mandatory for Technicians but considered advantageous by many clients
