Professional Development
At Your World we consider the professional development of our employees of paramount importance both from a personal point of view and in terms of the service we offer our clients. We therefore encourage everyone to keep their skills and knowledge updated through on-going training.
To help achieve this we will contribute towards the cost of training (Continuing Professional Development) based on the amount of time an employee has worked for us. An employee must have worked for us for a minimum of three months to qualify for a contribution.
To benefit from this scheme select a training course and ask your consultant for written confirmation of the amount Your World will contribute. Then simply book yourself on to a course and send us your receipt for reimbursement.
