“On arriving to your world on my 1st visit I was early and was greeted by the man in main reception area who was very friendly and he rang the your world floor who told him to send me up. when i arrived on the floor at your world the receptionist was also very friendly and asked me who i was there to see i told her john gannon and she asked me to take a seat. Because i was nearly an hour early i decided to pick up a magazine and read as i fugured i was in for a long wait. I saw a young lady come into recption with a tray of cups of coffee which she distributed to various rooms and then she came and asked me if i wanted a cup of coffee, which i declined. Within seconds john gannon appeared very friendly shook my hand and asked me to accompany him to a room where i was really surprised to see that i was being seen nearly an hour earlier than my allotted time. I was so grateful i did not have to sit and wait. I filled in some paper work and then once that was finished i was asked if i wanted a another drink i found every one to be very attentive and made me feel very important to them.
